Food in Sri Lanka
Rice and Curry:

Sri Lankan pancakes:

This dish, Dutch in origin, is a combination of meat, rice and sambol chilli sauce. This combination is then wrapped in a banana leaf and then steamed. The rice is infused with meat curry, meat balls, paste or vegetable, with an essence of cardamom, cinnamon and clove. Most Sri Lankans eat this as their daily snack.
