Corfu

There’s a lot of history packed in the Acropolis, so do make it a point to visit.

Enjoy Santorini

Santorini is said to be one of the most visited places, especially by honeymooning couples. It does make sense. The beautiful coastline, the whitewashed houses, the crystal clear ocean, it all seems like a dream. This island on the Aegean Sea is also famous for its volcanic craters. Go on top of Mount Olympus

Visit the Corinth Canal

The Corinth Canal has a relatively newer origin and it was built sometime around 1893. Although Nero and many others before him have been said to have started constructing this canal, it was completed only in the 19th century. The canal spans 6 kms and is actually quite narrow which makes it difficult for navigation. Today, only recreational boats cruise through the canal. Nevertheless, with its steep limestone walls, it’s quite stunning and certainly something you should see when you’re in Greece. The Corinth Canal connects the Gulf of Corinth with the Saronic Gulf.
